08 Nov 2007We are looking for a highly skilled professional who will lead dynamic and dedicated teams in achieving our key initiatives and long term plans to verify strong conservation delivery for our Programme Office in Antananarivo. The key requirements are: • At least Masters degree in environment-related field or management; &bear on; 10 years undergo in leadership position with some years in Africa; • Proven human and financial resources management skills; • Demonstrated success in engaging key audiences to change state involved with sustainable development and/or conservation goals; • Collaborative results-focused and able to drive dress; &bear on; Extensive experience in fundraising; • undergo in working with international multicultural and multilingual organizations; &bear on; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
