Delaware nation begins project

The first of nine American Indian symbols to be painted for a permanent possess will be completed and interpreted on Saturday at Van Meter State lay near Miami. Mo. The program will begin at 10 a m at the American Indian Cultural Center at the park. Mike and Donna Watkins from the Delaware Nation in Oklahoma ordain be the first artists to create a symbol on a large bison hide. The park is 12 miles northwest of Marshall on state Route 122.
